Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Coffee Products Orders for Lucky Ducky Coffee products are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1–3 business days from our Palm Springs location. Once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. coffee orders.
Merchandise (Apparel & Branded Items) Our branded merchandise is fulfilled on-demand through our print partner. Please allow an additional 2–7 business days for production before shipment. Delivery times are in addition to production time. Standard U.S. shipping is free on merchandise orders, including orders that also contain coffee. Items may arrive in separate shipments.
Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, including coffee, tea, merchandise, and mixed orders, with no minimum purchase. Expedited shipping may be available for some items at an additional charge shown at checkout. Orders containing items from different fulfillment partners may arrive separately; standard U.S. shipping remains free.
International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ducky@luckyduckycoffee.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
