How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Every order is roasted to order and ships the same week. We never stockpile pre-roasted bags, so it arrives at peak flavor and aroma.
Where do your beans come from?
Fairtrade-certified farms across Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Brazil, Honduras, Costa Rica, Kenya and Indonesia, then roasted by our partner in Temecula, California.
How does the $1 donation work?
For every bag you buy, we put $1 toward Animal Samaritans, a Coachella Valley rescue finding forever homes for animals in need.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Southern California the same week they are roasted. Most US orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Free shipping on orders over $50.
Do you have caffeine-free options?
Yes. Our tea collection has herbal and loose-leaf options for a flavorful cup without the caffeine.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If something is not right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right. See our refund policy for details.
