Big News From Lucky Ducky: Our First Store in Palm Springs, Plus New Coffees and Teas

Big news, coffee friends: Lucky Ducky Coffee is growing its flock.

Starting in October, we’re opening our first ever physical store inside Gallivant in downtown Palm Springs. And that’s not all. We’re also welcoming one new flavored coffee, one new specialty coffee, and five new teas to the online lineup.

That’s a lot of good news in one cup.

Whether you love the ease of coffee delivery, enjoy browsing for something new in person, or believe every morning deserves a little personality, there’s plenty to look forward to. Good luck in every cup.

A new Lucky Ducky home in downtown Palm Springs

Our first ever physical store will be a space inside Gallivant, located at:

120 La Plaza Dr
Palm Springs, CA 92262

Gallivant (pronounced GAL-ih-vant, with the emphasis on the first syllable) is a bright, cheerful independent lifestyle and travel retail boutique in the historic La Plaza shopping district in downtown Palm Springs.

It’s known for a highly colorful, sharp mid-century modern design aesthetic that mirrors the spirit of Palm Springs itself. In other words, it’s a pretty perfect place for Lucky Ducky to make its in-person debut.

The store will be opening starting in October. We’ll be delighted to say hello, talk coffee and tea, and welcome you into this new chapter for Lucky Ducky Coffee.

Important note about the new online lineup

Here’s the scoop, plain and simple:

The new coffee and tea products launching starting in October are online only for the time being. The in-store offering at Gallivant is separate.

So if you’re visiting the Palm Springs store, you’ll find a separate selection there. If you have your eye on one of the new items below, please plan to shop the lineup online.

We want everyone to know before they go. No one should make a special trip expecting to find Peppermint Mocha or Butterfly Blue at Gallivant, only to discover they’ve taken a scenic detour for nothing. That would be very un-ducky of us.

Meet the new coffee arrivals

Starting in October, two new coffees are joining the online lineup.

Peppermint Mocha

A new flavored coffee for the flock.

Peppermint Mocha brings a playful new direction to the Lucky Ducky Coffee selection. If you enjoy flavored coffee and like keeping your morning routine interesting, this one belongs on your online wish list.

It’s a cheerful choice for brewing at home, sharing with a guest, or gifting to the person who always says, “I’ll just have one more cup.”

Decaf Coffee With Mushrooms

We’re also adding Decaf Coffee With Mushrooms to the specialty coffee lineup.

This gives coffee lovers another option when they want the comfort of a coffee ritual without reaching for a traditional caffeinated selection. It’s a fresh way to explore specialty coffee at home, whether you brew one cup in the afternoon or make a cozy evening pot.

Both new coffees will be available online starting in October. As always, Lucky Ducky Coffee makes it easy to buy coffee online and have your order delivered straight to your door.

Five new teas for your teacup

Coffee may be in our name, but tea has always had a welcome seat at the table. Starting in October, five new teas will join the online collection:

• Butterfly Blue
• Chaga Spice Chai
• Chamomile Ginger
• Hojicha With Mushrooms
• Turmeric Ginger

That’s five new ways to slow down, switch up your routine, or enjoy a warm cup when coffee isn’t calling your name.

Our tea collection is made for people who like a little variety in the cupboard. You might reach for a comforting chai one day, a gentle herbal option the next, and something completely different when curiosity strikes.

If you enjoy brewing loose leaf tea, these new arrivals are a lovely reason to refresh your tea shelf. And if you’re new to loose leaf tea, this is your sign to give it a try. Add a favorite mug, a few quiet minutes, and perhaps a biscuit that mysteriously disappears before the kettle boils.

Remember: these five new teas are online only for the time being. They will not be part of the separate in-store offering at Gallivant.

A fresh update to the coffee pod lineup

There’s one more change to share: our coffee pod lineup is getting a refresh.

We’ve discontinued the 60-count pods, which previously came in only one flavor. In their place, we’re introducing 48-count pods in three options:

• 6 Bean Blend
• Breakfast Blend
• Cowboy Blend

The 12-count pods are unchanged and are still available in seven flavors:

• 6 Bean Blend
• Bali Coffee Pods
• Breakfast Blend
• Cowboy Blend
• Mexico Coffee Pods
• Peru Coffee Pods
• Peru Decaf

That means more choice when you’re stocking the coffee station, trying a new blend, or looking for an easy cup before the day gets moving.
